So the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn. You don’t even have to do anything. You’ll simply burn more calories, because muscle requires more of an energy investment. In order to get the maximum effect, weight lifting should be done correctly and at regular intervals. Don't worry about bulging up on muscle mass, As long as you don't use muscle building supplements you should be fine.
